Through this plan, the Department of the Interior is
investing $3 billion in our nation's National treasures,
in renewable energy, in Native American communities,
and in opportunities for our young people.
These investments will help create as many as 100,000 new
jobs and help working families and communities prosper again.

President Obama has made it clear that this plan must be
carried out with unprecedented levels of transparency,
